Have I ever sent you a fully serious message before? If not, here it is

I have always looked at you as my kid-sis, you are so much fun and my life is better because you’re in it.

I was so honored to be invited to your wedding. I will never forget Francois walking down to “The Final Countdown”, that was just absolute gold. I’ll never forget how hard you’ve made me laugh with your barbie stories (just one of many). Thank you, Liz… my heart is lighter because of you.

I took a queue from you and decided to do some internal work, so I made this animation. This is how my brain interprets the world around me, I am surprised to know that others brains don’t work this way (but relieved because it’s a 24 hour circus up there).

This entire video is essentially about hope, just in a very esoteric way.

Also, I’m only sharing this with 20 people. You are one of them and I love you, Liz. I think you’re one of the greatest people I’ve ever met.

The Two Rules I had for myself

1. could never lean into seeking external validation, all of it had to be what I found had meaning to me.
2. I picked around twenty people to share this with, personally and you are one of them. You never have to watch, share or reply. I love it and watch all my videos over and over…this has been very healing to me.

This is a reflection of my how my brain interprets the world around it and how I see things.
