I wrote this stream of consciousness – and didn’t really spillcheck. 😉
I have finished my animated short and this is your formal invite to watch it. You’ll need 25 minutes to see the entire thing (if you want, you surely don’t have to and it’s a-ok to scrub the vid, like anything I share it’s not a requirement).
Shannon, I cannot remember the exact moment I met you because I feel like we’ve always known each other and I have always felt a kinship with you like we were some brother and sister from another family (that’s probably inbred and lives in holes of a cliff that hiss at people)
You are one of the few people in my life I feel 100% comfortable being myself with. And I do that because you exude things “acceptance, kindness and difference.” This means so much to me and I’m so glad we’re friends, and I’m so glad to see you thriving with the coffeeshop and man, and not having to deal with a toxic father. 🙁
I feel we’re kinda swirling the toilet of life these days as a civilization. I’m so glad to have you as a friend swirling that toilet with me. I made this video as a way to heal me and I realized one of the most healing things is my community, you are part of that community (as well as 20 other people…and that’s all I’m sharing this with).
I get on FB about once a week, or once every 2 weeks. Usually the first things that come up are pictures of you or some snarky shit you’ve posted. Thank you
Thank you for being my friend Shannon, I love you.
Art Project: “Surfing the Apocalypse”
The Two Rules I had for myself
could never lean into seeking external validation, all of it had to be what I found had meaning to me.
I picked around twenty people to share this with, personally and you are one of them. You never have to watch, share or reply. I love it and watch all my videos over and over…this has been very healing to me.
This is a reflection of my how my brain interprets the world around it and how I see things.
There is a big surprise for you, Shannon at the end of this. In fact if you want to scrub to say the 17:00 mark, it’ll come up after the word art. I have been so excited to show you this.
oh and pay no attention to the likes thing below, it’s some code I put in to be funny and now I don’t know how to get rid of it, nor do I care… lolz.

real small towns with fake stories by fake people with real heart.
These fake beings existed in my real head but it started getting overcrowded in my noggin. So to make some room, I built them a fake world they could live in.
